Island Village Condominiums consist of 93 units within 6 two-story buildings. These condominiums are just a mile or two from the beach and are very close to shopping, attractions and many fine restaurants.With a large pool, tennis courts and a nicely appointed recreation room, Island Village Condominiums are a very desirable place to live!

Be courteous to neighbors if you have an extended cab or large pickup truck, please park your vehicle at the East end of the property entrance by the pond or along the fence across from E Building to allow comfortable parking access for your neighbors.
Construction will soon begin on Bridge repairs and Concrete work in various locations. Be patient with any temporary inconvenience.
